Hawaii’s flutists of all ages are invited to participate in our first Virtual Flute Choir featuring Wilfred Kusaka's arrangement of Charles King's "Lei Aloha, Lei Makamae." Participation is FREE and easy. HFS membership is encouraged, but not required.
Supplies Needed:
Two devices (one capable of recording video/audio)
Earphones
Sheet music (printed, or on a tablet)
Aloha attire and leis welcome
Steps:
Register at hawaiiflutesociety.com/lei-aloha and select up to 2 parts that you would like to record.
Download your sheet music and practice your part(s) with the backing track.
When you receive confirmation from HFS, record your video (instructions & tips provided)
Upload your video to our Google Form (link provided)
Deadline for video submissions: July 5, 2020
