I am currently a performing professional in Hawaii and have been since 1978. I also teach clarinet and saxophone. I can also teach the fundamentals of jazz improvisation and theory. I did my graduate work in music theory at UHM. I am comfortable teaching all styles of music, I am classically trained and make my living as a jazz, show, and popular music performer.
